You may receive separate packages + tracking numbers because a few items on the shop are sent from different warehouses! Be sure to check the product listings in your order to understand estimated shipping times, and following the instructions below ◡̈

With the Postal Service being extremely busy, we’ve received a few concerns about orders being delivered accidentally to a neighbor, requiring a pickup, delay in shipment, or not delivered at all!

A few tips to make sure you successfully receive your order:

1. Double-check that your information (name, shipping address, email, phone number) are correct at checkout before submitting your order.
2. Once you receive your tracking number - sign up to receive updates from the carrier by clicking the tracking number (etc..)
3. Download the SHOP App and link your email that’s associated with your Lady Scorpio order!
