With the Postal Service being extremely busy, we’ve received a few concerns about orders being delivered accidentally to a neighbor, requiring a pickup, delay in shipment, or not delivered at all!
A few tips to make sure you successfully receive your order:
- Double-check that your information (name, shipping address, email, phone number) are correct at checkout before submitting your order.
- Once you receive your tracking number - sign up to receive updates from the carrier by clicking the tracking number (etc..)
- Download the SHOP App and link your email that’s associated with your Lady Scorpio order!
