How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

As some of our warehouses start processing orders immediately after they are placed, we may not be able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

If your order hasn’t already been processed and on its way to you, send your request by completing this form:  Request Form here

 How do I receive updates on my order status?

→ Check your email (associated with your order) for status updates

→ Enter your (5 digit) Order Number with TRACK MY ORDER

→ Log in to your Lady Scorpio customer account and check the order status page (which was sent to the email associated with your order)

    If you are not receiving these email notifications, try checking your junk mail folder for team@ladyscorpio101.com

     

    Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. All orders within the USA shipped with our free service are sent via USPS Priority and take 3-5 business days to arrive. If you select our Express Courier service, your order will be shipped with either DHL or Fedex and take 1-3 business days to arrive.

    All orders outside of the USA are shipped via our International Courier and take 7-14 business days to arrive. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service and you will be able to track your order in more detail with them.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    If the items you ordered are in stock, your order will be dispatched the next business day. 

    Items that are listed as a preorder or drop-shipped will have delays - Information will be sent to you by email within a few days of your purchase.  If you haven’t received any notifications, make sure you subscribe to emails here

    Will I have to pay for custom + duties?

    Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Lady Scorpio is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

    What is the return policy?

    Yes, we offer 30 Day Returns on all items (except digital products + sale collections).

    To return an item, we need to provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please complete the Return Request Form here

    Our Returns Team will reply with your Return Authorization Number within a few business days, and will also provide you with the address to send your return back to.

    Please Note:

    - Your RMA Number must be clearly marked on the front of your returned parcel. If our warehouse cannot identify this number on the outside of your return it may be returned to you.

    - For a refund or exchange, your return must be in original condition 

    Returns are processed within a few days of our team receiving the item(s).  You will receive a notification via email.
